Overview

We accept returns only if an item is defective or damaged. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You must also provide clear photos and a description of the issue.

Once your return is approved, you will receive store credit for the value of the item. We do not issue refunds to original payment methods under any circumstances.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account.

Store Credit

All approved returns will be processed as store credit, which you can use for any future purchase on our website. Store credit does not expire and can be applied during checkout

Exchanges

If the item you received is defective, we will gladly replace it with the same item or a similar one of equal value, subject to availability. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at natzzz.118@gmail.com
